Repair Policy

If within six months of the original purchase date, a Power to B Jewelry piece fails during normal wear because of a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair with like quality materials at no cost. If a Power to B Jewelry piece is damaged after the first six months, we will facilitate repairs with like quality materials at an additional cost.

The Power to B is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.

All returns of jewelry must be securely packaged (preferably in the original jewelry box) and must include a completed repair form filled out, which can be requested via email. The Power to B does not accept returns on candles.

Please allow 15-20 business days for your repairs to be complete. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Repair processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
